Rule 20
Access for children with disabilities
(1) The service facilities provided by the Children's Correctional Home should be accessible to children with disabilities.
(2) In order to ensure access as per sub-rule (1), the child correctional home shall make arrangements to provide necessary and appropriate auxiliary materials or equipment to children with disabilities or those in need of special care.
